Lori Saitz is an Employee Well-Being Consultant, the Founder and CEO of Zen Rabbit, and host of the podcast “Fine is a 4-Letter Word.” As the CEO of a forward-thinking health and wellness company, she is dedicated to guiding corporations toward nurturing healthier, more productive work environments. The big, expensive problem is people's inability to focus because of the conversations and distractions going on in their heads. For example, if they're still thinking about the argument they had with their partner last night, they're not able to concentrate well on the proposal they need to put together for a client today.
